UPDATE:
TOI is claiming that Saif may face up to 7 years of imprisonement for the assault which included punching Sharma in the face and fracturing his nose. The paper also claims that the actual incident took place between Sharma and Amrita Arora’s husbo Shakeel and when Saif intervened things got ugly!
Mr Sharma has issued an FIR against SAK and he told Colabo police that “he was attacked and beaten up by Saif after he complained about Saif making noise.” Apparently Saif’s statement will be recorded and it is likely a technical arrest may happen.

According to various reports Saif Ali Khan assaulted someone up by the name of Iqbal Sharma at the Taj’s Wasabi restaurant on Tuesday evening during a night out with Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Amrita Arora & Malaika Arora Khan.
Clearly some shizz went down because Saifuu has been charged with “voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means” and “punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt” and according to the Colaba police, he will be placed under arrest and released on bail til the first proper hearing.
Forrealsies though, for this to break out from just a verbal argument at a restaurant to a full on beatdown, like Mr Sharma what in the world did you do?!??!?!
